TAPA is a sponsor of:
- The Tennessee Certified Crop Advisor Program
- The Model Site Demonstration (with support from TVA)
- The 4-H Plant Science Project
TAPA also:
- Hosts a Summer Annual Meeting and a Winter CCA Workshop.
- Conducts Continuing Education Programs during Winter and Summer Meetings (Both meetings qualify for CCA/CEU's and Pesticide Recertification Points)
- Publishes the TAPA Newsletter (3 issues annually -- Spring, Summer and Winter.)
In addition, TAPA sponsors the following awards:
- Outstanding Individual Award
- Outstanding Graduate Student Awards (MS and Ph.D. Degrees)
- Outstanding Undergraduate Student Award
- Poster Session Awards
