The Environmental and Soil Sciences Major, Agricultural Systems Technology Concentration has pre-approved education courses within its curriculum for taking the Tennessee Professional Land Surveyor-In-Training Exam.

Category B--Agricultural Systems Technology

To be eligible to sit for the Tennessee Professional Land Surveyor-in-Training Exam, an individual applying under Category B will be required to submit 24 semester hours of courses relating directly to surveying. Acceptable courses can be taken while pursuing your four-year degree in the Agricultural Systems Technology Concentration at UT. You will need to select courses from Level I or II. A minimum of 18 hours must be equivalent to courses shown in  Level 1, and the remainder from Level II or Level III.
