Freshman Engineering -- The Engage Program
As part of the College of Engineering, we participate (and our faculty help lead) a remarkable program for
freshman engineering students called Engage.
Engage teams students on project-oriented, hands on activities -- specifically
several "design, build and test" projects.
These projects "provide realistic, mind-engaging problems, introducing students
to the engineering design process and allowing them, on a reduced scale,
to experience the same decision-making process as practicing engineers."
As a freshman Biosystems Engineering student, you are automatically part of Engage!
