After a student has been nominated for Student of the Month, a member of the nominating club should fill out the nominator’s statement on the Student of the Semester form, including the nominator’s name and the name of the club being represented. The FORM is a Microsoft Word document and can be accessed from the web. When you download the file choose the "SAVE" option or open the file and use "SAVEAS" option before attempting to edit the file. Afterwards you can use Microsoft Word to perform additional editing. After completing the nominator’s statement, the nominator should email the edited form to the person who is being nominated. That person should fill out the rest of the form and email the final edited document to the Acting Awards Committee Chair, Jessica Huffman (jhuffma1@utk.edu). Once the Awards Committee selects the Student of the Semester, that person will be notified and asked to submit a digital picture that will be placed in the CASNR Report.
